Simmered dish: Rikyu kelp from Hokkaido and dried bonito flakes from Kagoshima, made in a clear sauce

Suiun Shinjo, Namafu, Tenchi, Sando Bean, Colored Goldfish, Yuzu

Fresh horse mackerel narerou-style yam sauce

Grilled hassun (seaweed), boiled green vegetables and mushrooms, chilled okra with grated yam

Spicy Nanbanzuke Chicken, Stewed Shrimp, Salt-fried Edamame, Eggplant Dengaku

Sagoshi miso yuzuan grilled duck with smoked duck and orange mustard
